Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and use of the shop on https://pokemon-portal.de (the “Portal”), operated by Marcus Gebser.
2. Contracting party
The contracting party for customers is Marcus Gebser via the Pokémon Portal portal. Placing an order in the shop constitutes a purchase contract for the selected products.
3. Conclusion of contract
Product listings in the shop do not constitute a binding offer. By submitting an order you make a binding offer. We confirm receipt by email. Acceptance occurs through our order confirmation or delivery.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros including statutory VAT where applicable. Payment methods: cash on pickup, PayPal, credit card, Revolut — as offered at checkout.
5. Delivery and fulfilment
Delivery times and methods are communicated individually after the order is received.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal where the requirements of German civil law (BGB) are met. Withdrawal details are provided with the order confirmation.
7. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. For collectible items, condition descriptions in the product text may apply.
8. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise liability is limited to breach of essential contractual obligations and foreseeable typical damage.
9. User account
A customer account may be required for shop orders. Credentials must be kept confidential. Report misuse immediately.
10. Final provisions
German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
